Behind every robot, a person.
Trained operators stand by your robots around the clock and step in the moment one gets stuck.

01The last stretch of autonomy
Autonomy carries a robot through most of its shift. The rest — a slipped grasp, a snagged cable, a part it has never seen — is where lines stop. Aktoria is the human API for that last stretch: your robot calls, and a trained operator answers. At any hour.
02How it works
From stuck to solved.
-
01
Your robot runs itself.
Your robots run your autonomy stack, same as today. Aktoria listens for one thing: a call for help.
-
02
It gets stuck.
A grasp slips, confidence drops, a safety stop trips. Instead of stalling the line, the robot asks for a person.
-
03
A person steps in.
An in-house operator, already trained on your task, takes the controls over our teleop link, working from a live 3D reconstruction of the cell. Never your raw video.
-
04
Back to work, and better for it.
Control returns to your policy. The save is logged as an episode (telemetry, operator actions and the reconstruction, aligned in time) that you own and can train on.
03Teleop software
Faster than a blink.
Aktoria’s teleop stack runs at under 8 ms on a local link and about 30 ms coast to coast, so operators work with their hands, not around the lag.
SetupIllustrative
Setup starts with a prompt. Point your coding agent at Aktoria; it finds your arm, gripper and cameras and writes the config.

04Robot Operations Center
Someone is always on shift.
Aktoria operators are staffed in-house at our own hubs in the United States, Mexico and India. They train on your robot and your task before their first shift, and work under supervision on the floor.

In-house, never outsourced
No BPOs, no gig platforms. Every session is run by an Aktoria operator at an Aktoria hub.
- ii
Trained on your task
Operators learn your robot, your cell and your task before they take a shift on it.
- iii
Supervised on the floor
Every shift runs under on-floor supervision, so a hard case never rests on one person.
- iv
Around the clock
Three hubs across time zones. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
05Training data
Every save is training data.
Each session is logged as an episode: telemetry, operator actions and the reconstruction, aligned in time. You own your episodes and can export them. When you need more, we sell research-quality data off the shelf and collect to order.
Custom collection
Your robot, your task, your spec.
Tell us the robot, the task and the format you train on. We collect to order.

06Data handling
Five lines we’ll put in writing.
What happens to your data when a remote operator drives your robot. Each line below goes into the customer agreement.

No raw video leaves your site.
Operators act on a 3D reconstruction of the workspace, never on raw camera images or video. Raw imagery stays inside your deployment.
- [ 02 ]
In-house operators.
Every operator is staffed at our own hubs in the USA, Mexico and India. We don’t subcontract sessions to BPOs or gig platforms.
- [ 03 ]
Your episodes, your data.
You own every episode. Export it in the formats we deliver training data in, or ask us to delete it.
- [ 04 ]
Encrypted in transit.
The link between your robot and the operator is encrypted across the public internet. Credentials and session tokens are scoped per deployment.

Straight answers on compliance.
SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap; we don’t claim certification today. We’ll complete your security questionnaire and sign an NDA and DPA during onboarding.
